Hey it's my first time doing this so if somebody can tell me what to do it would be great.  Well i guess i can just talk about what i did today right.  Well i woke up about 6:30 this mornning.  I had to let the stupid dog out.  I went up to my school to work out for football.  I came home and went to sleep.  And here i am.  Sounds like fun right.  well like i said i don't really know what i'm doing so if u can e-mail me and tell me what to do.
